I would like access to the catalogue
Accounts are issued to businesses we already trade with. Speak to your usual representative, or email us above and we will put you in touch with them.
I have forgotten my password
There is no self-service reset, by design. Email us and we will issue a new password to the account holder.
It says I cannot sign in from this device
An account can be used on a limited number of devices, currently two. If you have replaced a phone, email us and we will release the old device so the new one can sign in.
My screenshots come out black
That is intended. The designs and photographs in the catalogue are our commercial property, so screen capture is restricted on catalogue screens. It is not a fault with your phone.
Designs have disappeared from my catalogue
We decide which ranges each account can see, and that changes over time. It does not indicate a problem with the app. If you were expecting to see something, ask us.
Deleting your account
You can do this yourself from the Account tab in the app, or see Delete your account if you no longer have it installed.
